Hotel was very nice. We stayed overnight and thoroughly enjoyed the time we were there. Didn't get to use the pool as it was overcrowded but that was understandable being 4th of July weekend.

Great room, Great Service. Price was high for the location, but it was the 4th of July weekend and the selection was real slim.

I can't believe I paid 124.00 USD for that hotel room this was a total and complete rip off. I knew something was up when the lady at the front desk ignored me. Then we got the room it was dirty and the carpet was disgusting kind of sticky feeling when you walked on it. It was an over all bad experience but then it got worse. I noticed there was a lady with a unleashed dog running around. The next morning we went to get on the the elevator and the maid stopped us, there a big pile of "you know what" right in the middle of the elevator. The Dog episode was the straw that broke the camels back. I didn't bother telling them at the front desk I just hightailed it out of there with the thought, "I'm never coming back here again" and don't want to hang around a try to explain it to a disinterested front desk person.

We moved to this hotel at 10:00 p.m. after a horrible experience at a previous hotel. Staff were friendly, courteous, and prompt. We were given an excellent rate on a very nice suite. Pet friendly, clean. Definitely worth it!

We booked this hotel on accident. We actually wanted to book the Holiday Inn on the beach, however they would not give us a refund/or transfer our rooms to the correct hotel since it was my personal mistake. The staff was friendly but we did count see 2 room service employees with tear drop tattoos underneath their eyes. My wife and I are both in law enforcement and that was a huge red flag for us. Our first room felt like a sauna. The pillows and blankets felt damp and the carpet was almost wet. We slept in the room the first night and I wanted to shower in the morning. Once I stepped in the shower and their was mold on the shower curtains, vent and between the tiles on the wall. We immediately asked for another room and they gave us one that was better but it still had mold on the curtains. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone with family or children. I advise paying the extra $10-$20 a night to stay somewhere else if you can afford it.

We asked for none smoking room, we ended up with a smoking room and the staff would not give us a non smoking room, it smelled bad, we had to ask several times for airfreshner and towels. It seemed staff was overwelmed with the amount of customer they had. Restaurantstaff kept forgeting us.

First, I called for directions, staff not very friendly on phone. Second, room given to me had not been cleaned. I got moved to other room--someone had been smoking than I got moved to other room. I was going to a funeral, my plan was to get checked in and get ready to go as soon as I got there, it took over 40 minutes to finally get into room.
