Courtyard by Marriott Corpus Christi

Given the fact that the hotel is not directly on the feeder road, it is tucked "out of sight" and provides an assurance that late night travelers will not be waking you up. The rooms were very clean, however, the placement of the television in the room was rather odd.

Great staff - from check-in to checkout. Also breakfast was good. We went during the off peak season (end of Sept) and the rate was very good. The room is very clean. There are loads of shops, and restaurants within a block or 2. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the room. We also were able to check in at noon and that's a plus when you are headed to the beach!

I have stayed here several times, and will do so again. I like this hotel, it is well appointed, nice amenities (see below) and nicely located. I did learn that the in-room mini-refrigerators are NOT available in all rooms, only the first floor and the two "balcony" rooms on each other floor. If you want a refrigerator in your room, be sure to ask.

The hotel is hidden and surrounded by other buildings, which makes a little hard getting there. The hotel smells like new, everything is EXTREMELY clean, if you ever watched an episode of Friends you could call it "Monica Clean". Super-friendly service, nice room design, LCD TVs, interesting light concepts and good food. The only issue with this hotel is that the doors (bathroom, room, etc.) are extremely loud, the locks make this metallic clank that could wake up the neighbors in the other hotel. Other than that our stay was very pleasant, digital room temperature, nice smelling shampoo, assorted pillows and big towels. PROS: Clean, clean, clean. CONS: Some kids running on the hallway and yelling at 2AM, the hotel could have stopped this if they wanted to, but didn't.

We were attending a friend's father's funeral. The hotel couldn't have been nicer!

We had family and friends a total of 19 at one time. We were able to use the hotel lobby/breakfest area and get pizza one night. That was great.

EXCELLENT SERVICE EXTREMELY CLEAN ROOMS AND GROUNDS

The service, staff, and very, very, very clean rooms beat out many Hilton's that we have stayed in. As a matter of fact they could take a few tips from these guy's

My husband and almost 4 yr old daughter stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during our vacation to Corpus Christi. The room was really nice. We stayed in a King bedroom with a sofa bed. We pulled out the sofa bed for our daughter to sleep on and it was great. When we got there we didn't have linens for the sofa bed so I called down to the front desk and within a few minutes they brought them up to us quickly along with 2 extra pillows. The only thing we had trouble with was getting towels the second day, but it was because of the holiday weekend and they were super busy. Still we got our towels before needing them and all was good. We really liked that this hotel was right behind the Cracker Barrel resturant we ate breakfast there 2 days. We didn't try the hotel's buffet breakfast since we had to pay for it. It was also about a 20 minute drive to Mustang Island where we went to enjoy the beach.
