Trip to Dallas

Great overnight stay. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Had our two dogs and was surprised to find out that there are no additional pet charges unlike most other pet friendly hotels. Will stay there again if needed. Very good restaurant nearby as well.

Great for business travel

I enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was nice, but the breakfast staff was wonderful! If they were out of something, they would gladly make you a fresh batch. I wish my room had a chair other than the computer chair. The room was a little dusty, but overall not bad. The bed was extra comfy! I enjoyed my stay.

noisey

hotel situated well for our visit to son in college. however every night but one we encountered loud door closings and conversations in the hallway and at pool area. we were on second flloor pool side. room sound proofing terriable. I have never stayed in a hotel that was this bad.

Good but not so great place to spend a night

The staff was not very proffesional. Had had to wait for long time to check in. No room service.

Great business location

the faicilty, and the staff were efficent, courteous. From check in thru the check out I found the entire trip hassle free and stress free which is a big when working on the road.

Baileys Prime is an upscale dining venue with quality service, ambiance and food that is not only easy and conveinetly accesible but offers private seating areas that can be a useful advantage for a working business meal and/or for an personal private dining expereince.

Nice Hotel

I did like the room the only thing was that our room was right in front of the high way and it was loud but other than that it was great.

Needs new Staff or Management

The hotel was new and nice, however...We were scheduled to arrive late (after 1:00 am). When we got to the hotel the doors were locked. We knocked on the doors and called the hotel; after 20 minutes the night staff came and unlocked the doors for us to check in. The wireless internet did not work in our room; the next night I went down about 10:15 pm to get a cable for the internet. No one was at the front desk for about 10 mins, then when the staff came back she was on her personal phone texting and did not even stop while I was asking her for help. No one serviced our room and I had to call and ask for towels.
