Overall I had a wonderful experience at this resort. I stayed in a king suite. The room was very spacious and well put together. The property overall was maintained very well. No complaints whatsoever. Plans to visit again.
From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by the warm friendly staff. EVERYONE made sure we had everything we needed. Even though we were not there to golf, the golf director set us up with some clubs and a cart so we could hit balls at the
range. Room was very comfortable. My wife really enjoyed the fire pit and relaxing atmosphere. Spa staff was most helpful also.
We decided last minute to do an overnight trip from Austin with our 4 year old. We had a great time playing in the pool, walking the grounds (which are beautiful) and had a great dinner. The scenic drive out from Austin was truly beautiful.
in all a great overnight trip!
Front staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the hill country. Clubhouse has a nice restaurant with lots of options and tasty dishes. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.
Rooms had no coffee makers. None offered. Carpet had large black spots everywhere 3ftx3ft, that was also on base boards too. Mold? Walls are very very thin, you can hear everyone talking in next rooms. Said hotel was 4miles from nearest town, but
was 15 miles way down in a canyon thourgh a residental area. Would not stay there again. Not a 3-star at all!
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
do not stay here, nothing nearby. Unless you golf.
We like going to this part of Texas during November.
It was cool and clear weather. The fall colors were
beautiful and seeing the wildlife was great. The golf course grass was not in the best condition (due to drought), but the scenery around the
course made it enjoyable.
