I had a reservation and the front desk clerk told me they didn't have my room!
The room was clean and the maid staff was very helpful. The front desk clerk however was not. Well can't say what I want it want publish it. I was told i had no room with a reservation PERIOD.

Enjoyable Place to Stay
The location was easy to reach and the hotel is located in a quiet section of the city.The reception and check-in was professional and the room was spacious and well equipped with all the necessar amenities. The breakfast was adequate. Overall I would stay here again if I ever come through Beaumont, TX and need a place to stay.

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel
I enjoyed a nice dinner at the nearby Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen restaurant. It was filled with a large crowd and a band was playing in the patio. The food and service was very good.

The best in Beaumont!
This property is a perfect stay for any business traveler! The hotel is very clean, and the staff is warm and welcoming. It is wonderful to have a place where you can enjoy a snack and beverage at the end of a long day.

Residence Inn
Brief stay overnight at this apartment style hotel. Didn't have a toaster in room despite having a kitchenette. Residence Inns have provided a microwavable bag of popcorn complimentary in the room - this location did not. Relatively new location provided a pleasant atmosphere and clean room.
