Ramada Beaumont

While the room was clean and comfortable some of the amenities need attention. The valuables safe in the closet had a broken button on the lock rendering it unusable. The coffee maker had a broken stand and we had to prop it up with a piece of cardboard. The outside doors were supposed to locked from 11:00pm to 6:00am requiring a key card to open; they were never secure! On the first night a pick-up truck entered the parking lot blasting a sub woofer and music and parked right under my window and idled his loud engine; after two calls to the front desk the noisy fella drove off. This hotel was rated as three stars ...NO WAY ... barley worth two; maybe a star and a half!

Very good value! Large, clean and quiet rooms. Nice breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was somewhat clean. The small things in the room was not clean; like: the coffee pot, the sink. etc. The staff was very friendly. The overall hotel was very clean. I think that the maid service just over looked the small things in the room. Will stay again.

The staff is interested in helping you enjoy your visit. The front desk even called to see if I liked the room. Room was clean and comfy. Only "down" was lightbulbs not bright enough to read a book under. Breakfast was a delight too. I'd stay there again.

Stayed for an overnight trip to Beaumont. Chose this hotel over others because of its affordable price and two queen-size beds in the room vice the full-size beds offered at another chain. The beds were comfortable though the pillows were a bit lofty. The rooms were very large with tons of room, to include an ample-sized sitting area. The bathroom had been redone relatively recently with granite and looked nice. The complimentary continental breakfast was very good and included a Texas-shaped waffle iron. There was a small, basic gym and a good-sized, sparkling pool, both of which we used. In all, the hotel was clean and a bit nicer than average, and the staff was friendly. Excellent value with all the included amenities.

My room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, I enjoyed the solitude because I needed to study. This was my second hotel stay in Beaumont, I stayed at another hotel the first time, ifelt much safer at Ramada.

Because of flight delays we arrived at our hotel at c. 1AM. We have already been classified as a no-show. We were not told that there would be an early start to construction the next morning. By the time I found some dinner and we got to sleep it was after 2AM. At 7AM we were awakened but chain saws, loader/jack hammer tractor and singing and whistling workers that were were working outside our unit. Some were literally within a few feet of outside door loading and unloading heavy equipment from trucks. At checkout, which was rather cold and indifferent, I was told that there were no comment cards available.

Was better than i expected. Service was friendly, facilities were clean.

Traveled on business for one night. I arrived late and left early. The manager at the front desk was friendly. The halls and stair well were in need of a good carpet cleaning or maybe just new carpet. The room was clean, but due to the close proximity to the freeway a little loud with car noise at times. There are no light blocking drapes in the room, which would be bad if I had wanted/needed to sleep late. Everything was adequate but nothing was stand out great. The only exception being the breakfast, it was really not very good. The orange juice was horrible and the pastries were very ho hum.

The room was very clean, location is great. The only problem I had was on the website I was told I would have flat screens, so I brought a dvd player hoping to be entertained for a few hrs while im offline. But the screen was very basic. THe flat screen were the reason I choose this hotel..
