Ellen provided exceptional service in looking through rooms to find a working hair dryer. It would be helpful if a working ... hairdryer could be always available to be checked out from the office, when the one in the room is broken. Light bulbs for all lamps would be helpful.

The hotel was not good at all even for the cheap price we paid. The hotel rooms we had all had a very strong horrible odor. ... It smelled as if something had died in the room and no one found the carcass until weeks later.

The worst accomodations

The hotal looks over a truck-stop. The first room that they gave me had not been cleaned after the prior guest had left. The ... next room had paint peeling from the walls and ther interior of the shower stall. There was no coffee pot in the room. One of the bed-side lamps was broken. And, I was propositioned by a truck-stop prostitute as I was leaving my room.

Not a good place

Well they gave us a room with someone already in it,we had to go to the front desk and get another room, then they gave our ... room to someone else and they had to go back to the front desk and get another room, we did not get a queen size bed, the paint was peeling off the shower walls. Don't think I would suggest this place to anyone else, we have stayed at several in Beaumont and they were really great compared to this place. Where it was located was great only 10 miles from where we were visiting, I think that was the only good part about the whole event

The staff was friendly, however, the first room they sent us to was not available, consequently I had to walk back to front ... desk and request another room, which was found. This was a job for me, because I am on crutches. The entire motel was in very poor condition and felt dirty.

Hotel was ok for the money. Room was relatively comfortable, but not very updated. Older hotel that could stand some ... renovation. Adjacent to a truck stop, so a little noisy.

the second night when we arrived our room was lock. Our three night stay we only had room service refresh the towels one and ... that was when we asked. When I talked to the night shift supervisor he told me he understands that I was not having a good time but he could do nothing else so go wait at the room for the maintence man to come unlock the room. This was my worst visit at a hotel
