Baseball Parent
Not bad, but not great
My son and I stayed at the Holiday Inn and Suites while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The good: clean hotel, nice lobby (the kids all love the huge fountain in the atrium), allowed us a late checkout (2:00) with no issues, friendly staff. The bad: No continental breakfast, problem with my room key not working a few times (had to have it reset), pool was a bit murky, couldn't cancel my room once I was within 48 hours of my stay. Some friends stayed at the Hampton Inn, which was a few dollars cheaper, and they had a free breakfast. I don't have any major complaints about the Holiday Inn, but for essentially the same price and a decent continental breakfast, I recommend the Hampton.

Standard Hotel Rooms
We stayed in this hotel during a trip to Beaumont to visit family. The staff is friendly, and the room basic. We didn't get the best deal on the cost. I had to request a clean comforter due to staining on the one that was already on the bed. I also had to revisit the front desk due to room keys not working on day 2. None of these things ruined our trip, but it would have been a nice touch if these things were avoided.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn
This hotel is very nice and well kept. It is dog friendly, the parking is great, and the restaurants inside the hotel were very good. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel.

Wiskey River is a nice club to attent for a concert, we went to the Saving Abel concert there and it was great night-life for adults.

Nothing fantastic
Stayed at this hotel while in Beaumont visiting family. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool because our 6 year old was traveling with us and this provided certain entertainment. The fridge in the room barely cooled; our view was only of the side of another building and a/c units. ALSO we left to grab breakfast, and returned before check-out to find the food we were saving in the fridge had been thrown away. We were not impressed by this hotel, we will not stay there again. I must say the front desk staff was very nice.

Nice Place
Nice Stay, worth the money. Older hotel, but nice and comfortable rooms. As a smoker,I wish they would have said on the website that it was non smoking though. But other than that an enjoyable stay.
