Very nice getaway from the normal hotel scene

This spot is unlike any other hotel you've ever been to. It's a relaxing environment nestled into the natural surroundings and provides guests with a whole array of activities. I'd easily give this a five star rating if it weren't for the resort fee that's not included. I asked the front desk about what it was for and instead of explaining the fee and what it covered, the staff member quickly blurted out "it's buried in the fine print". Obviously this struck a nerve and other guests complained. Charge more for the room and dump the fee, I'm okay with that, just don't hide behind a "fine print" reason to have a "gotcha" for your guests. Other than this negative, the resort and staff were absolutely phenomenal and it was a great stay!
