Budget hotel just outside downtown Austin
Three miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, the Super 8 Austin Airport South has a bit of country flair, echoing the Texas Hill Country backdrop. Room was very nice and everything was great other than the people upstairs. Not sure if they normally walk heavily but I was woken up several times both nights/mornings to their stomping around. Otherwise,a very enjoyable trip!

great hotel
We have used this hotel twice now. We go to the Sherwood forest faire twice a year and it is close to our friends. It is easy to find, staff is great, room is very clean., Love the free wi-fi! Has a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and ac is cold. We had a view of the field behind the hotel.,which was nice. They need to put birdfeeders out there to attract wildlife. I will stay in this hotel everytime i go to Austin.. the free breakfast is good. I do wish they had regular coffee instead of STARBUCKS. It is way too strong for most people.

Austin weekend 3/24-3/25/12
Had a hard time finding the hotel at first. It's right off 71 & Montopolis Dr., our directions said take Riverside off 71, you don't have to do that it's at the exit for Montopolis. The parking lot does NOT accommodate trailers, we found our after we got there at 11:00 p.m. Other then that, great place close enough to S. Congress, just a short ride. Clean place and nice for the price.

Evening in Austin
Movie rentals in the lobby, massage chair, free coffee in the lobby. Cookies & fruit in the lobby in the evenings. These people love catering to you.

Loved all the extras!
This was a great hotel for the price. Check in went smoothly and the business suite was perfect since I had a lot of work to do. A laptop and printer were provided in the room, free of charge. I've never seen anything like that! I will be returning very soon.

This hotel is a great value along with being clean and comfortable. They have a nice workout room, laundry facilities, breakfast, also have fruit and Starbucks coffee available 24hrs. We will stay there next time we are in Austin.
