Don't make this hotel your first choice.
The hotels location is by far the best thing about it. It's close to a great mall and decent restaurants. The downside is the actual hotel. The rooms and bed were small but very clean. There is construction going on currently outside the hotel which makes the 6:30 am wake up call of bulldozers moving rocks around your new wake up call and it doesn't stop, not even on the weekends. The pool is extremely small and apparently wasn't open when me and wife were there a few days ago. The breakfast was great and the despite the hotel being not as user friendly as we liked the staff helped us when we needed it. This is a decent hotel if your not gonna be in it alot.

Great for Families!
This hotel more than met out expectations, we appreciated the meals provided and used the kitchen amenities as well. The free laundry was great. The best part was the staff. We brought a white noise machine-just in case-and all slept well.

Great Place...Bad Service
We arrived at 4:15pm. The room wasn't ready when check in sign stated 3pm. The front dest representative wasn't very friendly nor helpful. Didn't offer any assistance since we had a baby with us who just vomitted all over the car & on us. [...] As for the place, it was new & nice. The complimentary onsite laundromat was a big plus along with the full breakfast.

Great Stay at Staybridge
Hotel is located in a nice quiet area. Front desk is very helpful. Beds are FANTASTIC ! Full hot breakfast is DELICIOUS ! You can't go wrong with this hotel. We booked our rooms to do the Livestrong cycling & running event in downtown Austin & Dripping Springs.This is the second year in a row that we stay in a Staybridge hotel. (We switched from the Omni) :)

Nice hotel
The hotel experience was great. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The only things did not like was that I reserved a 2bed 2bath suite, but when I got there they did not have one available. They were friendly, and corrected this by giving us two seperate rooms on the same floor. This worked because I was traveling with all adults. If I had children with me, I would've preferred the 2bedroom suite that I had originally reserved. Again, the staff was very friendly and I would definitely recommend to others.

Anniversary Couple
Staybridge Suites excellent stay
The hotel was very new--very pleasing appearance from the curb. Nice decor inside. Felt inviting. Had extras like family games, videos, and books for free to borrow. Made use of outdoor BBQ and cooked our own steaks. Kitchenette was clean and well stocked with kitchenware. Best hot breakfast ever.

Great Austin Suite
Great Hotel! My fiancé and I were in town for a Longhorns baseball game....friendly staff....extremely clean rooms with exceptional linens...flat screens, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher...great free breakfast....nice pool...plenty of restaurants within a mile...@ 10 min from downtown...definately will stay here again during football season

Staybridge #1 again
I have stayed at other Staybridge hotels but this one (Austin Northwest) was even better. As always everything was tip top clean, the suite was comfortable with 2 beds. It really made my the trip awesome. Although they offered breakfast, I couldnt resist staying in my suite and cooking my own meals.
