Weekend get away
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and temperature was very comfortable. Best part of stay was the beds....extremely comfortable beds and pillows!!

One night stay
We stayed on a cold Texas night. There was a huge draft coming in through the windows & the bathroom was super clean but had a weird smell to it. Otherwise, it was so super quiet there. I could've slept all day. The dining area for the FREE breakfast was nice, warm & cozy with the real fireplace going. I am definitely going back there.

Dont forget anything. I did not see any vending machines. So if you wanna drink, like a pop, the hotel 'store' sells them for $2!

a comfortable stay
Very friendly staff. Our initial room was smaller than we had expected and we were able to move to a larger one. Excellent breakfast offerings...hot and cold. Room and bath were nice and clean .

Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience
This hotel sold my reservation to someone else after having received confirmation of the reservation including late check-in. They told me that had made arrangements somewhere else down the street. It was a dump. Felt that I had been misled, angry that they had sold my reservation. Didn't seem to care and their call center suggested that this is what happens when booking through 3rd parties -- tough luck. Extremely disappointing experience. Not sure who deserves the blame - Orbitz, Springhill, or both.

Can you fix a toilet?
We got in at 2 am and they were waiting for us- very nice. We discovered that the toilet needed to be adjusted in the tank after each use, though. I reported it and hopefully the next occupants have a better experience. All in all the room was great; the location was the area we needed to be in and we enjoyed it!

Wedding Traveler
Convienent with Great Service
Stayed one night for a wedding-- Utilized the King Bed and fold out couch. It was clean and the front desk was very helpful. We had a group of 15 and they made it easy to get downtown to see the sights. Late Night was very quiet and access to the hotel was easy.

Visiting Mom and Dad
Nice hotel!
We were in town for the holidays visiting family and found the hotel to be a great value. It was quiet, with comfortable beds, a nice breakfast and very friendly staff. We had only booked two days and actually booked another two days since we enjoyed it so much.
