It was fine for night - good overall for the price

It was fine & clean - just a little difficult to find off the freeway. Rooms were clean and had the basics - Breakfast included, internet was provided at no charge - would return.

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff.

This was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and all the things that you would need in a room (i.e. iron, iron board, coffee etc) were there. Free WIFI was one of the best features.

Great location, moderate priced

Our experience at this hotel was very good for a moderate priced hotel. The location was perfect for visiting both downtown Austin and other nearby attractions. Housekeeping was excellent and the other hotel staff were friendly and responsive.

We highly recommend the Lady Bird Johnson Botanical Gardens. It is beautiful and has indoor and outdoor items of interest. There is an art gallery and also a good cafe on site. There are plenty of resting areas for those that need to sit down frequently while touring the gardens. We are so happy we made the visit to the gardens.

Great Stay and Price

The staff was friendly, helpful,, and coureous. The accomodations were nice. Fairly close to downtown with a car. Great stay.

really good

We were welcomed by Rich, who did a fantastic job! Only stayed one night, but the place was exactly what we needed. Not too far from downtown, if you have a car. The surrounding area was clean, well lit.

when driving to downtown during peak traffic hours don't use I35, instead take Lamar south. hotel staff are eager to offer the info.

Cat urine elevator smell

For price, I wasn't expecting much. But, riding in the one and only elevator was an awful experience. Rip out the carpet, do what you need to do, but get rid of that awful smell.
