Very pleasantly surprised. Staff was gracious. Room was clean and attractive. Location was ideal. Would stay here again without giving a second thought.

NOT in the middle of things!

This hotel was far from the "middle" of things in Austin as it was advertised on the website. There was no where to walk to and nothing nearby. We had a five night reservation and left after one night and will be seeking a refund for the four nights we didn't stay there. After several hours of travel time, we were famished for lunch when we arrived at 2:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the restaurant at the hotel was closed until 5:00 p.m.!!! Will never go there again!

Worst Omni hotel ever!

So i paid $250 for a room that was nothing like the pictures show. The bathroom ran all night and made noises. the bathroom door would not shut. The staff was rude. They charged for computers! The room had wallpaper that was coming out and the walls are paper thin! the worst service and room ever. Oh and dont order any room service you will get burned food that tastes like rubber. the only good thing about this hotel is the bartender makes good drinks.

clean and comfortable

Hotel was very comfortable, rooms were very clean and beds were great. The hotel was in a convenient location. The walls seemed a little thin, there was a legionnaires conference at the same time as our stay and we were unfortunately staying on the same floor as their hospitality room so they did get noisy which we did not appreciate.

Better than expected

We were impressed by the friendly staff as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms were a decent size for what we needed it for...to sleep, and they were spotless. I'm 8 months pregnant so the bed was a little hard for me to get comfortable in but we requested some extra pillows and they arrived almost immediately. My only other slight complaint was that there were multiple people standing right outside the main entrance door smoking.

Very friendly and nice pool!

The staff was outstanding at the Omni. The shuttle service to and from the airport was so easy. Everyone from the valet parking, check in, wait staff and cleaning crew were so nice and helpful. Would stay again.
