A wallet-friendly hotel ten miles from downtown Austin
A budget-friendly hotel between Austin and Round Rock, La Quinta Inn & Suites Austin Mopac North provides comfortable and well-kept rooms for visitors. Mothers Day Getwawy
Our room was nice and comfortable with two full size beds. The staff was a little unprepared and tired when we check in around 9pm. The main reason we chose this particular hotel was because they allow dogs. This was a major plus to our trip. Overall the hotel was suitable for a quick stay with everything we needed.

Clean and Convenient
This hotel is really nice. It is by a really nice shopping center and close to downtown Austin as well. We spent most of our trip on 6th street and still thought this hotel was in a good location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the nicest La Quinta I have ever been to. They also had a pretty good free breakfast. Overall, a really good experience. I can't wait to get back to Austin!

Go to El Arroyo for lunch/dinner. They had live music playing and the food was pretty good! Really good atmosphere.

regular room with yuck spots
crusty stain on bathroom counter, crusty stain on table, dirty bathtub(used soap and shampoo left in dirty tub), rotten bag of tomatoes outside the door under the air unit, and white stain on the headboard that I didnt see until morning!

Great for the price!
I was very impressed! Nice building and clean rooms. However, the only complaint I had was that my GPS did not pick up the address; it led me to a dark, dead end street when I entered 11901 North Mopac. When I called the hotel for directions, they informed me that is common with GPS and that you must put a dash between "mo" and "pac". That would have been nice to know before traveling especially since it seems to have happened several times before to other travelers trying to find the hotel. But the hotel and rooms were very nice for the price :) I would use them again.

Out of town wedding
Turned out to be a very convenient location to the wedding site, was clean and comfortable. Was very cool in the room on arrival but couldn't quite get it right following my adjustment to the thermostat and had a warm night. Should have asked for help. Was a friendly staff I'm quite sure would have assisted.

Great weekend gateway!
Professional staff and impeccable cleanliness. A little bit of a drive to areas of interest but the value of the room counter-balanced the distance.

Very satisfactory....
the room was quite adequate, very clean, and comfortable...it was nice having direct access to the pool, just outside our door...the continental breakfast was complete with coffee, milk, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, oatmeal, waffles and breads.

Over night stay
We are not frequent travelers but this was an excellent place for kids if they like to swim. The rooms were nice and the pool was great.
