Excellent Stay!

The staff was amazing, and we had a great time. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was alright, and my only complaint is that I wish they had a hot tub. For the price, and where it is located I have absolutely no complaints.

An Excellent Hotel

Excellent breakfast. Staff was very helpful and responsive. One request for a repair was promptly met. Computer access was important. Front desk staff was especially helpful on finding restaurants and directions to a gas station or whatever. Free laundry machines were much appreciated.

great value

visited the outlying areas and downtown- needed map showing the entry and exits from major freeway and hwys. road signage confusing.Hotel does not have an airport shuttle and uses Super Shuttle which is ok if we had known in advance this would have been helpful. we had arranged for a car rental for part of our stay..used ACE

Highly Recommended

We were there because our daughter was having surgery. We spent most afternoons and evenings with her at her apartment. After checking out, she went to the ER, and we missed our flight home. We booked 1 more night at a hotel (of the same name) that was closer to her apartment. That second hotel was a more expensive rate with a less hospitable stay. We both highly recommend this specific hotel, with the friendly staff (always greeting you and eager to help), great breakfast and dinner (twice a week), and airport shuttle. The other hotel did not have as friendly staff, as good of breakfast, or a shuttle.
