convenient location but that's about it

The location was ok since it was close to my friend's home but that's about it. It was renovating so it was pretty much noisy the whole time I stayed there and I was not very happy when the house keeping didn't come to clean my room one of the days I stayed there. I wouldn't stay there again next time because I'm sure there would be better options out there than what I experienced.

We checked in on Friday evening. Saturday afternoon I remembered that we were supposed to rec a 25$ food credit. I never would have gotten the voucher had I not asked for it from the front desk guy[*]We has breakfast at 9:00 and the food was cold or luke warm at best

A Little Disappointed

My experience began with the hotel clerks treating me like I was an interruption instead of a welcomed guest. The same clerk was just as abrupt with me on Sunday when we checked out. While the room was adequate the service was severely lacking and for me the service is one of the major appeals in choosing a hotel. Later my card was over charged by over $400. It was corrected but the hotel manager proceeded to tell me I should have paid my bill with a credit card instead of a debit. I was insulted because I do not want a hotel manager telling me how to conduct my business. I will never stay there again.

Radisson North Austin - the

Expected to have "Radisson" style quality. At the time I made the reservation the representative of Radisson did not inform me that the hotel had less amenities than the Radisson Downtown. Smaller rooms, bathrooms, secure parking areas, valet,etc. The cost of this room was the same as Radisson Downtown. I was completely shocked. This hotel, Radisson North, should be more like an Radisson Express. Needs complete overhaul. Will not stay there again, nor will I refer anyone to that particular Radisson.

Great hotel

the hotel was adequate, the staff was helpful when needed. The room was kept clean and refreshed daily. The free internet was quite useful. I would definitely stay there again.

Affordable and nice

We were in Austin to visit some friends. We found our hotel stay to be very comfortable. We arrived late on Friday and were able to check in very quickly. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was very fast. I also appreciated a completely non-smoking environment. The hotel policy was no smoking in any of the room or on the balconies.

Not up to its brand image.

This particular hotels interior decor and look and feel was not up to the radisson brand image. we were in austin to visit a few sights like barton springs, ohenry musuem etc. the coffee machine sucks. the rooms dont have a refrigerator. the room service( hose keeping was lousy..i had to wait for 20 mins to get a pair of fresh towels, despite going to the front desk in-person to request for it and more than 2 phone calls. this was not my best experience at a radisson hotel.

amazing!

we loved it!! THE BEST THING ABOUT IT WAS THE SLEEP NUMBER BEDS! WE DIDNT EVEN GET OUT OF BED THAT WHOLE DAY.. IT WAS AN AMAZING STAY WE VERY MUCH ENJOYED IT AND WOULD MOST DEFF. STAY AGAIN..I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE LOCATION AT FIRST YET WE ENJOYED THE STAY AND IT WAS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AROUND AUSTIN!:) but if i had to rate from a 1-10 i would give it above 10 great!!
