The hotel needs some work. It's semi clean, but not horrible.

I read the reviews, but must have missed the point. This hotel is very inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. Carpet in the halls were very dirty. A strange smell hung in the air. The bed had hair in it. And the room itself needed a deep cleaning. Bring hand wipes to wipe everything down if you plan to stay here.

affordable, and good place to stay. Just needs more hospitable staff and room service. Furniture was a little dusty. But overall good

I wanted to stay somewhere close to the city, but I really wish I just paid an extra $50 a night for a better hotel. First of all the lady at the front desk had her 2 babies with her while she was trying to check me in she also had to deal with them crying and fussing. She was really nice though I felt really bad for her. The first room they put me in I found pincher bugs and the a/c had leaked all over the floor making the room smell like rotting water, gross. Then I went to the front desk and told the girl what was going on with my room and she upgraded me to a suit. The second room was worst then the first, I found hairs in the bed, blood stains on the carpet, the shower was not clean and the water smelled funny, the table was dirty and the couch was gross. I'm only here for 2 nights total but I'm thinking about going to another hotel and just losing my money here. Do not stay here!!!!!

Sorry to say but, The Hotel had broken parts All Over! The kitchen had Very broken drawers not even replaced on the tracks, a dim, fading bulb in the fridge. Silverware I would have seen in a shack in the 70's. Burns on the carpet and dirt/ grime on on all ledges and moldings, no tissues, too small of a bed. Over all, the staff was very friendly and helpful but for the money it should have been A Lot Nicer. :)

There was so much going on in Austin that we could not find a place to stay, but thank God we did. It was a great experience. My wife and I were in town dropping off our college-aged son. The room was excellent and the amenities were just as good. I highly recommend this establishment to one and all. Hopefully we will return in the very near future.

Just got the room for post sixth street sex. Decent sheets, minimal sex stains, decent parking. Not too shabby for the price.

Our 2nd time staying here... The service wasn't quite as prompt or competent as the 1st time but still met our needs. The rooms are quite nice, especially for the price. Book a couple of days in advance and save even more than you would the day of. As long as the prices stay as reasonably priced as they are, I will definitely stay here again.

Several problems: 1. Room keys had to be programmed THREE times during our stay. The last time, the desk clerk said, "oh these are the kind that never work." Thanks. 2. Only one place setting of dishes in the room. So much for extended stay. 3. No linens or pillows for pull out sofa bed. 4. No trashcan in the room. 5. The desk clerk had to be called on a cell phone number to get assistance at 11:30 p.m. 6. The shower curtain rod was barely holding up, and the curtain would not cover the whole shower, getting water everywhere. 7. One TV remote did not work, and the other remote would change the channels on the other TV when trying to use it on the second one. A total hassle. 8. The bed was a concrete slab, terribly hard. 9. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. I will never stay at this place again. 10. No continental breakfast. They have the dining area and counters, but no food.

I was told there would be breakfast and all they had was coffee, muffins, and baggels. Cheap! I wasted time waiting for nothing!
