SHEETS WERE YELLOW?
So, I reserved a 2 bed non smoking room on Orbitz, but when I got there I was put in a 1 bed smoking room. Really bad for my allergies!! They changed it, but with a $11 charge.=( No free internet, you have to pay. Air conditioner was broken, room stunk weird, and the sheets were yellow (supposed to be white).Sheets were also itchy and carpet really dirty. On the good side....It was located in a convenient location. ; )

Backyard at Bee Cave where the concert we were going to was a good short disdance from our hotel. Very convenient

The place all around had a smoky smell to it like every room was smoking. i had requested a non smoking 2 bed room. when i arrived all they had for me was a smoking 2 bed or a non smoking 1 bed. the location wasn't that easy to get to. Not my favorite hotel stay needs more ventilation or something to get the smell out.

Exhausting stay!
My son was a participant in the Austing Marathon and then we did some sightseeing while in town. GPS did not recognize this location. It was extremely difficult to get to this hotel even after we figured it out. Extended Hotel inc. must have gotten this land cheap! Rooms sizes are fine. However the mattresses were terrible, cabinets were falling off hinges, and did not like to have to go downstairs to get clean linens all the time. The clerks at the desk were very friendly. I did not like the idea that we had to take a smoking room. I had to open windows all day while we were gone and use Febreeze. This room stunk terribly.

Not woeth it
The same old story with Extended stay hotels. They are not worth the money, even though they are perceived to be of value. The same old mucky rooms with everything old and wore down.

it was easy to reserve and great price for the safe location front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and professional very pleased with how quiet location was and room was clean

You get what you pay for
My friends and I were just in for the night and needed an inexpensive place to stay and that was it! I was cheap and accomodating but the beds were stiff as a board. I sleep in a ultra plush expensive bed so I knew it would not compare. But if you need a clean place to stay and try to save a little money this is your place

Not bad for one night.
It was clean and sufficient. The floor we were on smelled a bit, but the room itself was fine. Bed was good for someone who's not too picky, but it wasn't like the mattresses on Carnival Cruise. We didn't use the kitchen, but if we were there longer, it would've been nice.

Unbeatable price for location.
i have used this hotel a total of three times now b/c of it's location; the staff is alwasy very considerate, the rooms are kept clean but the beds are way too hard and the cable in the room is limited; i will, however, continue to use the hotel when needed b/c it suits most of my needs
