Clean, modern, nice shower in room. Wifi completely sucked, though.

The hotel is new and its facilities are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We were, unfortunately, on the same floor as a group that was talking very loudly throughout the night. It made me wonder whether the walls were insulated at all. At about 2:30 AM, someone knocked on our door and then on all the doors around us as well. I assume it was one of the loud people that possibly forgot their room number and was trying to get their buddies to let them back in. The furniture is a tight fit in the room but very clean. I wasn't afraid to sit on the loveseat. The rest of the hotel looked very clean as well. It was very easy to find and in a good neighborhood.

Hotel looked newly renovated or recently built. The hotel respresentatives were very pleasant to deal with. Although they do not have a free continental breakfast, there bistro kitchen was very nice with reasonable prices for food and drinks.

While the rooms were nice the staff was iffy. We asked for a wake up call and it was never made. I woke up about hour late. I was charged $1.50 for a bag of chips that i didnt even buy and they wouldnt take it off my card. yeah i know a buck fifty but thats not the issue. Somebody charged something to my room from the lobby while i wasnt even there and obviously they dont even to bother asking for an i.d.. So to say the least i will NOT stay at this Hotel again.

We called ahead because we were a little ealier then normal check in. They were super nice and told us the room was cleaned and ready! We were glad we were a little tired from traveling. The room was super clean, and so nice! The lobby was so cool! Loved the little Mini cafe in the lobby! We also needed a midnight snack and some ice. The guy at the front desk help us and was so sweet by getting us ice from the kitchen so we didn't have to go up stairs! The pool was smaller then we thought but the girls loved it! Overall we had a great time, the lobby offered a TOUCH screen computer! We spent a little while just playing! Had a big screen TV with pleanty of places to sit! The pic's are true, really nice!!

This hotel had very comfortable accomodations, especially for the price! We were running all around the city, so the location of this hotel was perfect, it's right on 35 and minutes from 183 and Mopac. The location isn't very glamorous, it's basically in the suburbs, but tons of restaurants around for a quick bite before heading out.
