Friendly staff over Holidays
Staff was great - suggestions, helping with lost luggage and generally very friendly. Location is terrific for getting around. Bed could be softer and lighting in bathroom brighter.

Good location for downtown partying!
We went the weekend of a UT home game, so the price was jacked up. The location is great if you plan to entertain yourself downtown. The bed was very comfortable, but the noise from the hallway was ridiculous. I've stayed here before and may likely stay here again, if the Hilton is booked.

Weekend Traveler
Great family experience
My wife and I traveled with our two teenage daughters to Austin and had a great night in the hotel. Clean, friendly, new, comfy beds and good air conditioning. Definitely would stay there again.

Lovely, but...
This hotel was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My room was nicely decorated, & the bed was really comfortable. The cleaning crew did seem to have "missed a spot" while cleaning the toilet seat- if it was even cleaned at all, prior to my arrival. Aside from that glaring omission, it was a nice place to stay.

location was great!
Very good, Champions breakfast bar was excellent, easy check in and out no problems. Only exception, please let guest know about showing ID's at the door on weekends before we can enter the hotel; it was confusing.

Nice Place
Great place to stay, a bit noisy because of the New Years crowd, Very big drawback is the $21.00 a day parking in the garage (no one told us... hmmm)
