Enjoyable Stay
The Baymont was accessible from the highway and close to many of the area's attractions. I had a very quick check-in and out. Rooms and premises are clean. I recommend minor maintenance in the bathroom tub areas. Great continental breakfast!! Love the fresh-made waffles in the shape of TEXAS! It was nice and convenient to have the internet access, iron and iron board, and coffee maker in the room.

Nice Surprise
The Baymont Austin/Highland Mall hotel was very clean. The furnishings looked to be fairly new (not shabby or worn). Large room and nice bathroom. The sink and couter space was well lit and there was room for two people to get ready at the same time. My husband especially appreciated the recliner. We used the iron and ironing board and no problems there.

Business Friendly
The hotel was very accomodating, the room was clean, not neccesarily fancy, but served the purpose for our visit. We ate breakfast next door and they gave us a discount for our meal for staying at the hotel. It proved to be a great location for our business while in the Austin area as it was easy to get from one area of town to another.

Conveniently located
The Baymont is close to I-35, but far enough away that the traffic noise was not a problem. From there, it was easy to get to the UT campus and other places we needed/wanted to go in Austin. We had a king-sized bed and a comfortable recliner, as well as a table and padded desk chair. It was a very comfortable room and a good value. I can't comment on any amenities, because we didn't use them. Provide enough creamer for the coffee. I've taken to bringing my own on longer trips. Note to all Hotel owners/managers: PUT UP TOWEL RACKS!!! This room had one fairly small one, good for the hand towel and a wash cloth, and it had plenty of wall space on which to hang more. You ask that we reuse towels, which is fine, but what are we supposed to do? Fold them back up and stuff them on the little rack above the toilet? I think not!

Best Kept Secret In Austin
Staff was very friendly. Booked room online check-in was a breeze as well for checking out. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Ice-cold AC. Plenty of comfortable pillows and clean linens with all the amenities. This hotel is located off I-35 minutes from anything in Austin. Was more than I expected for the price. I researched Orbitz for reviews before booking this hotel. I'm really glad I did and was very satisfied!
