Nice
Convenient location...if you need to be near the airport. Traffic in the evening to get back out to the hotel after spending the day in and around Austin can be congested - but Austin has seriously outgrown its infrastructure. Clean room. Nice smelling hotel (totally non-smoking) and breakfast thrown in made it a good value. Glad we stayed at this hotel.

Arrived at the hotel around 9:00pm only to find out that the hotel had cancelled my co-workers room. The hotel said the reason was that I had not worked directly with them and they could cancel at anytime. The mgr was one of the worst personalities I had a chance to encounter. she offered no resolution and said find another room else where. It was only after arguing with her that she suggested another hotel in the area. This was 2.5 hrs later and we were totally exhausted. I will never nor will any of my empolyees stay here again and I will notify all my clients to do the same.

great location to airport
hotel is in a great location for access to airport, staff is very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, and next time I need a room by airport will definately stay there.

Mediocre
This is a new airport hotel. Thought I would try it because of a good promotional rate. The good: new facility, efficient transportation to airport. The bad: Noisy (needs airport-grade sound insulation), away from the main hotel cluster thus remote from eating facilites if you don't have wheels. Not particularly helpful front desk. Slow wireless. A/C-heater right next to bed and noisy. If the price increases to local going rates, there are better airport hotels in Austin.
