Needed place to stay so that wouldn't have to get up too early to drive to swim meet at UTAustin. 2 parents and 2 kids. Needed 2 beds I requested not King, & hotel was unable to do this once I arrived. Room too tiny for cot & kids would've fought over who was in bed anyways. Got little sleep; wouldve been better at home & up early & saved money. Gave us 2 towels for 4 people. Had to get more to go to pool. Jacuzzi broken, pool decent fun for kids. No buffet breakfast like I thought included for our extra payment just gave you two eggs & toast or paid $$ per person which we did pay xtra for. Fridge not cold.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff very helpful. After an 8-hour drive, we were pretty happy they allowed early check-in. This is one of the very few hotels I have stayed at where the pillows do not stink.

Room was comfortable; employees too phoney- need to be less egotistical

We were there for a swim meet , overall our visit was wonderful.

My husband and I went for a little getaway without the kids,in downtown Austin. This hotel was the perfect location, about 5 minutes away from 6th street. The bartender at the restaurant was super nice and suggested where we should go and check out. On the shuttle we meet some really nice people, and even hung out with one for the rest of the evening. Over all a Great experience. We would diffidently stay there again.

Just stayed at the hotel overnight to grab an early flight out of the Austin airport. The hotel was nice and comfortable and quiet. Just what I needed

Checked in and always the first thing I do is go and see what the room looks out onto. Well, found The room looked out on a pebble roofed area and was near the air conditioning for the building. It was noticeable but tolerable. Then I checked out the bathroom as I unpacked and found the drain cover was off and to the side and had to be jury rigged to work. I found that while relaxing in my room that my feet seemed to be getting dirty from walking on the carpet from and to the bathroom. When I went looking for ice, the room where the ice machine was located was clearly on the other side of the building. I walked by the room twice as the door was closed and there was no indication that it was where it was located. It was only when I peered through the small window that I found it was where the ice machine was located and even the machine wasn't working too well as the ice was wetter than it should be. The only shining star to the place was the waitress in the hotel restaurant was at a level of professionalism that you see in a top level hotel. She was friendly, made sure my glass of soft drink was refilled before I had gotten to the last 1/4 of the glass, and attentive to me as a customer. The food was good and filling. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. All in all it was nice but the price seemed a bit high and I would say it should have been closer to $99-109 a night. It is an decent hotel but better to find a nicer place to stay for the price.

Very nice upscale establishment. Clean and even gave you glassware in the room. No free breakfast. Down a frontage road that can be tricky to get to if you're going the wrong direction. Best to call the hotel and get specific directions.
