Quality Inn at Arlington Highlands

beds need new matteresses. new bedding!! just updating/ it was clean but so old.

I have stayed at several Quality Inns, but this was by far the worst. The staff was the biggest issue as they had poor communication with each other and us, as well as some big egos to get over. We had to change rooms because of stains on the sheets. The next room had stains all over the couch. We got no cleaning service our second day, even after we called to let them know we were leaving for the day. Another room sat with a chair on the bed, curtains open, our entire stay, clearly uncleaned. The only plus was the location. The Highlands was a wonderful shopping center with tons of places to eat!

It wasn't a 5 star hotel but for the price it was fine. It was close to UTA and in a great location.

Served my needs as a convinent location to stay. Pillows were awful and room was too bright in the morning

The hotel is located in a great location; shopping center is next to hotel. Ranger and Cowboy stadium is within a few miles. The hotel is very nice, i might have not stayed in the remodeled unit because the carpet seemed used (stains) and the bathroom needed tile repairs. The shower had low water flow and the toilet did not flush properly. The swimming pool is excellent but i did not locate the exercise room. Overall, the hotel was good and i would stay there again when i travel to Arlington.

Visiting UTA. Convenient to UTA and RIGHT next to shopping, dining and movie locations.

We live in Dallas and were going to a gathering at Glorias restaurant at the highlands. Didn't want to drive home late so thought to get a night at a hotel close by. Big mistake. The Highlands is a nice, new shopping center that suggests quality will be abundant. So dissapointed upon arriving at the Quality Inn. Service was poor, the staff member helping us was mediocre at best. The stairs walking up to our room were cement and crumbling. Extremely unsafe! The iron rails were rusty as well. The absolute worst part was the water. I showered and washed my hair twice with the hotel shampoo and then with my own. I am a hair stylist and knew immediately the water was unacceptable. I couldn't even get my hands through the tangles of my long hair! We had to make an emergency trip to a friends home to reshower and wash out the oily residue that was left from the hotel water!!I almost cried, and I am not a crier! The overall experience was horrible and we will not return or recommend the Quality Inn to anyone!

Although the hotel is located in an excellent area, it was a complete disaster. The physical appearance of the building was terrible. The stairway to the second floor was half missing. Doors did not have a security lock. The wireless internet did not work. Open wiring was exposed in the rooms. The area behind the bed was so dirty that it clearly had not been cleaned in years. Do not stay here if you value your health and family.

We were never notified of a $40.00 deposit for damage to the room. This was to be refunded, or taken off of hold on your credit card after you checked out. I didn't like the idea of them taken a copy of my drivers license and credit card, and when I did check out, the clerk had to wait for the manager, who was not in, to authorize a return.

the room was very clean and had anything a person travelling and staying for a short time would need i especially thought the coffee and tea or juice i the lobby 24/7 was great as sometimes sleeping patterns change when in a different place.it is also in a great location as there are restraurants and banks within a block of motel
