Weekend Retreat
Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave good directions and was knowledgable. Room was clean..bathroom sink could have been a bit cleaner, but overall cleanliness was there..There should be an option of not using safe. Experience was excellent.

December Stay
My husband and I booked this hotel because it was close walking distance to the Cowboys Stadium. The staff was very accommodating since our flight was delayed earlier. This was our first trip and will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back down for another game.

Great value.
I stayed overnight on business. The check-in guy at the front counter was friendly and very helpful. Checked me in quickly. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Starbucks was nearby. I'll be staying here again when needed.

It was okay
I only stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Convention Center. I had to get a smoking room, which of course smelled. But it was generally clean, if outdated. The bathroom had one of those time-dial lights, which always ran out halfway through my shower. The temperature was good and the bed was really comfortable. It was kinda pricey for the quality, but the location made up for it.

Got what we paid for
Considering the cost, better than we expected. Only problem was that after the Rangers game, all the roads to Copeland were blocked off. There was no way to "get there from here." After an hour of driving around the highway and passing the HOJO 8 times, finally got there with some help by phone from the front desk. Also, if you stay there, bring ear plugs. Noisy guests and very near highway and Six Flags. I'm thinking if we have to be in Arlington again, we'll probably go a bit more upscale.

Location great, Smell not so great.
The breakfast was good and the location was excellent. However, the room must have been a smoking room in the past because it had a smell to it.

Be careful reserving here, it's definitely NOT garaunteed
I booked two rooms for one night in this place here and was charged for an additional room despite my reservation. Their reasoning was that they only saw one room under my name despite my offer to show them my reservation transaction through this website. The next day I asked to speak with the manager only to find him difficult. I explained that I paid for two rooms through this website and he continued to argue that I only had one room under my name. I then contacted customer service who also confirmed that I was overcharged. When a refund for the third room was formally requested, the manager dug in his heels instead of doing what was right. Receipts and confirmation numbers are meant to protect a guest from overcharges but in this case, I got the same story over and over which was "we only go by names, not numbers" Please rethink booking a room here. Even with a receipt from this website as proof, this manager is too stubborn to consider transaction records and receipts as valid proof of a reservation.
