Be careful reserving here, it's definitely NOT garaunteed

I booked two rooms for one night in this place here and was charged for an additional room despite my reservation. Their reasoning was that they only saw one room under my name despite my offer to show them my reservation transaction through this website. The next day I asked to speak with the manager only to find him difficult. I explained that I paid for two rooms through this website and he continued to argue that I only had one room under my name. I then contacted customer service who also confirmed that I was overcharged. When a refund for the third room was formally requested, the manager dug in his heels instead of doing what was right. Receipts and confirmation numbers are meant to protect a guest from overcharges but in this case, I got the same story over and over which was "we only go by names, not numbers" Please rethink booking a room here. Even with a receipt from this website as proof, this manager is too stubborn to consider transaction records and receipts as valid proof of a reservation.

On way home!

The location was good and so was the price. You can tell that it is an older hotel but they did a really good job remodleing. It is right by Six Flags and has a lot of restaraunts close by. Only two things we wish could be better: Our room faced the freeway and it was real noisey so it was hard to sleep when you are from a small town with no traffic noise. 2) The breakfast wasn't fantastic but atleast they had a waffle machine. It included cereal, bagals, danish, juice and coffee. For a one night worth the price.

unbeatable for the price. rooms are nice

Went to the Dallas Cowboy game and Six Flags. The hotel was a little rundown, needs some renovation, but the rooms had been renovated and were nice. It was convenient to Six Flags, but a hike to walk if you were going to the game. You had to take taxis everywhere unless you rent a car. It would have been nice if they would get a airport shuttle, cause taxicab fare is expensive. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Overall the experience was very positive!
