Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ARLINGTON (I-20-PARKS MALL)

For the price, it is the best hotel in that area. The two hotels across the street look like good places to get murdered. The Holiday Inn Express looks to be new and is clean. It was what I expected it to be. I'm satisfied. If I had to make a complaint it would be that my room was near an exit and it was rather noisy in the morning with the traffic going in and out the door.

My husband and I stayed here for his surprise birthay get away. The Hotel was located in a very good location. There where several food options very close to the hotel. We where able to find lots to do while there (ice skating, movie theatre, mall,and putt putt golf- batting cages- bowling). The only down fall was that the hotel was still under remodel. The Lobby floors and the main elavator where getting new tiles or carpet, so we did walk up the stairs a few days. However, when they are done with the remodel I think the hotel will be WONDERFUL! The room was very clean. I thought It was one of the remodeled rooms until we left and I saw the staff removing old curtins from another room that matched ours. The funiture was very nice and comfortable. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in the room. Also we did not here lots of people in the halls either. The staff was very nice and helpful. They let us check in 3 hrs early and answered any questions we had about places we where trying to go or cabs we needed. The breakfast they offered was good. There where options for everyone and not the exact same everyday. If I where going back to Arlington I would stay here again for sure!

Upon arriving felt "right at home". All employees were very attentive and helpful. Even though the location was renovating it never got in the way. I will stay at this location again and highly recommend it to anyone. Defiante 2 thumbs up!!!

Motel was good, but they were remodeling which caused some inconvenience. Our bathroom floor was not remodeled, but the rest of the room was, and it was nice. We were there to attend a world series game and it was a great experience.

We had another fabulous time while staying at the Holiday Inn Express. The location is great! Plenty of things to do and places to go eat! It would take a month to shop and try all the places in this area. It is even right down the street from Walmart. :) Our room was a quiet retreat for an afternoon nap or a nights rest! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has a variety with great flavor! (Sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs...to name a few) Finding a parking spot was never a problem. We will definetly be back!

I had to book on short notice. It was close to where I needed to work. Clean room, but the halls needed a good vacuuming. It looked like construction debris, but no construction was going on that I could see. I was only there one night so it wasn't a problem for me.

We went shopping but were very disappointed with the way the hotel looked. Even though they were remodeling the floors were black and dirty. The rooms were not very clean and the pictures on the website are misleading. The price rate was good.

I really loved the staff. The housekeepers were very thorough and helpful. All staff had a smile and looked like they enjoyed their job. I liked the location. Tons of places to eat around the hotel. Shopping abound! Parks Mall was across the street. The only negative thing of the hotel was that they were in the middle of remodeling. The contractors were quiet but the glue they used to hang the wallpaper had a pretty srong odor. They were close to finishing as our short vacation ended. Everywhere my family and I went and wanted to see was not a long drive. I finally had some rest for a change. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we plan to go back.
