Not actually near the airport
one would think that a hotel listed as "Airport Area" would actually be near the airport. It's not!!!! It says 7.5 miles from airport, perhaps it is if you could go their directly, but if you stay on the road to get to the airport, it is much farther, not to mention that you have to drive by at least 30 other hotels that are much closer to the airport. This place is really, really old and way too expensive for what you get.

OK place
Pleasant. OK. There was a rodeo event in town so the hotel was nearly full (all the others on the website were full) and my room was upstairs, as far from the front desk as possible and on a busy street. Still it was fairly quite except for one emergency vehicle's siren. I did not go down for breakfast due to the proximity to the room but I cannot complete the review without rating it. The room was clean and pretty well maintained. Nothing fancy. I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic get-away, but for a nights sleep and shower, it was an OK choice.

Good Stay!
The room was clean and nice. I liked the location as it was close to the highway. The TV and internet were great as well. Breakfast in the morning was very crowded, and there wasn't a place for me to sit.

The room was very clean and nicely layed out. The property had everything that you would expect from La Quinta. It had easy access to/from Interstate 40 and had several restraunts close by.

A Break in the Journey
Was looking for a quiet place to rest during my cross-country journey and this fit the bill perfectly. Easy interstate access and a quiet place to rest was just what I was looking for.

A good place to relax after a busy day
Though it sits next it I40, there is little traffic noise inside. This makes it a good place to relax. The location wasn't in the nicest neighborhood but the in the proximity of the motel this did not pose a problem. I am not a fan of continental breakfast but I must say that the one offered was a surprise. The waffle iron was a good touch. All in all it was value for money which is what I was looking for.
