100 Percent Non-Smoking Hotel. The Baymont Inn And Suites Amarillo is Located Near the Downtown Area of Amarillo. Whether you are in Town on Business or Pleasure, your Destination is only Minutes Away. We are Less than a Mile from Some of Your Favorite Eateries, including Kabuki Japanese Steak House, Rudys Bar-B-Que, Chillis, Red Lobster, Starbucks and the World Famous Big Texan. The Amarillo Horse Museum, Amarillo College, Texas Techs Medical Buildings, and Bell Helicopter are all Within 10 Miles of the Hotel. The beautiful Palo Duro Canyon is only 30 minutes by car.

decent value

Hotel is mostly clean and comfortable but it did have a few issues. The coffee maker in the room did not work and the windowsill was full of dead bugs. Several of the entrance doors were broken also. Overall a good value and a decent room.
