nice and quiet even in dallas
Loved it, we were to early for check in so they upgraded us to an available room, king size. Very quiet even though close to everything.

nice escape from the outside world
They were so nice to me. they even said that had saved about $xx.xx off the room rate. I will go back soon. The lobby bar staf was very very nice. Free parking was very close to the door. I had 8 piollows on the bed.

Everything has been in my stay with my sons at the Crowne Plaza hotel. The only thing I missed is that, as a member of Priority Club, I did´nt earn points for my stay, because I bought it with you, instead of the Priority Club. This situation disappointed me.

Elegant, quiet, impeccable service
I was treated like rooyalty! This is like a fine European hotel, elegant, extremely quiet, and impeccable service from a staff who aims to please, obviously taking professional pride in what they do. This includes checking in and out, bellman service, restaurant staff during morning buffet, and a few unusual situations. I needed info from my iPad printed out and "kjohnson" at the desk found a way to do that and have it delivered under my door by security. When I arrived at the airport for departuire, and discovered one bag missing, tihe hotel found it and sent it via taxi within 20 minutes. Only the weather precluded my use of the beautifully, colorfully lit pool and extra large joutdoor jacuzzi. Fitness center was also available. The hotel is located near numerous, varied restauirants and concierge was quite helpful. All of this AND at a very reasonable price. I'd like to return to the Crowne Plaza Addison and use it as a "home base" for vacation activities.

Quck Business Trip
The combining of a car rental and hotel saved me hundreds of dollars! It was a great and easy trip. Have stayed at this hotel numerous times and always pleased..

I liked this hotel as it was clean, and the room was terrific. The restaurant was closed for dinners while I was there so the food service was through the bar. The service was slow, and the food was overpriced and of average quality. The menu was weak in my opinion. I would stay again, but eat out more often.

First-class service at reasonable rates
We truly enjoyed the accommodations. The room was clean and adequately furnished. We attended a family reunion, and did some sightseeing and some shopping at a local shopping plaza. The hotel restaurant was closed, I believe between 1:30PM and about 4:30, which presented a difficulty when we wanted to eat without having to leave the hotel. We also found the room air conditioner to be quite noisy - especially at 3AM when I would be awakened out of my sleep! All in all, compared to other hotel I have stayed at, I rate this one highly.
