slammin doors
Stayed during Dallas cup week and was kept up all night by running kids and loud door slams. this hotel needs to fix its doors. Also was put in a handicap accessible room which was fine but the bathroom sink was small and the bathroom smelled like a hospital... not a pleasant stay. I travel to Dallas and stay in this area often. i will not be staying here again!

Thin walls make for restless nights........
We loved the location, and the room was nice. There was no elevator but there are only two floors so that wasnt a big deal and we had a short stay so there wasnt much luggage to haul up the stairs. The walls however are VERY thin. We heard every door shut/open all night, conversations and phones ringing in other rooms, and the last night of out stay our nextdoor neighbor decided to have late night company that was very loud and active.

Short drive from hotel
We found many entertainment spots nearby and just about any type of restaraunt you could imagine within a short drive. The Galleria mall is also very close but it is pretty high end, depending on your budget you may want to search out other shopping options.

The rooms were both clean. The beds were some of the best I've slept on in a hotel. Check in and out was very fast. I'd stay again.

Good value for my stay
The staff was polite & helpfull, the room clean and the hotel location had east access. The only negatives were no elevators available, the only available washer was leaking & no breakfast was included.
