Quick and easy check-in. Room clean and orderly. Large flat screen tv, wireless internet, comfortable bed. Convenient to multiple restaurants, Addison airport. 20-25 minutes from DFW.

more bang for your buck
We (my family of five) have stayed at this hotel 3 times. I keep booking this hotel because of the cleanliness, the comfort it provides, and definitely the price! Real quality hotel compared to other chains. Only problem I could see is for someone who needs wheel chair access to the rooms on the outer sides. It is in a business district that is about 2 miles away from shopping malls. Food places are down the street, especially In-n-out our personal favorite. Love field (airport) is 7 miles away, according to GPS.

Exactly what Courtyard Usually Delivers
Clean comfortable rooms, nice staff, mostly up to date from what we could see, and a very nice breakfast (though a bit expensive at $8)

quick trip
Rooms noisy, used coffee bag in the coffee maker and had to wait for the room after 4PM. Not the worst hotel but would not go out of my way to return.

Not Good
The room was ok. the place was noisy at night with no or poor sound barriers. i heard my neighbors talking until 2:00am. doors banking and just noise in general. found a roach in bathroom. not what i would expect from a marriott. would not come back.
