The Quality Inn definitely met our expectation as it had been updated recently and also served a hot breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpfu and went out of their way. Thank you

Abilene stay
The Quality Inn in Abilene was a great choice for our family while visiting Abilene. The had updated their rooms recently and also had a hot breakfast which we weren't expecting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Comfortable and Close
Good location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Close to ACU and easy access to I-20. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I found unsatisfactory was the coffee maker, which was not clean. Rooms had a fridge and microwave which would be nice for longer stays. The complimentary breakfast was a notch better than usual for this level of hotel but the breakfast space was cramped. Sheets and towels were good quality and not scratchy. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.

Served the Purpose
The only complaint I had about this hotel was that the first room they put us in was a smoking room, and reeked! They promptly relocated us to a non-smoking room. The move could had been avoided had the smoking/non-smoking option been online when I registered.

Very good business and family hotel
Extremely friendly hotel staff. The rooms were clean, neat and straight. Bathroom area was very clean and linens good.
