Great staff made awkward situation work
Upon arrival, the front desk person informed me that the hotel was oversold of two queen bed rooms. He was quick to offer me the alternative of one king bed with a sleeper sofa, with a hefty discount. When we got to the room I discovered there were no linens for the sofabed, but when I called the front desk the staff not only were quick to supply them, but recognized my daughter in the lobby to send them up immediately. Small drawback: there seemed to be only one luggage cart, and morning check-out time was busy enough that we ended up carrying our bags ourselves.

Paper walls
Hotel room was acceptable with standard amenities except the walls apparently had little to no insulation. We could hear normal conversations on both sides of our room. We could also hear footsteps from the room above us. Couldn't get much sleep. One adjoining guest kept TV on until 2:30AM. We complained but to no avail.

The guy checking us in was good.
The man that checked us in was only thing good. Hot tube didn't work the bed was old,you rolled to the center of it.

A night mare in the making
When we arrived we were told they had no rooms avaliable for us. I do not feel comfortable using your service in the future since I can no longer trust your agency that a room will actually be avaliable.

Very accommadating, I would love to stay here again!
They were willing to work with us for an earlier check in time and the room was fabulous! Very clean, comfortable. I would recommend to anyone AND it is VERY easy to find- right off of the freeway. GREAT FOR THE PRICE!

A good nights stay
Comfort Suites Abilene, Texas Perfect location for Abilene's busy part of town. Close to the mall, and popular stores and popular eating establishment. My stay was almost perfect except for the leaking air conditioner in my room, which produced a wet carpet and wet carpet smell. Other than that, very spacious with all the amenities that can be expected. Friendly staff and comfortable beds made my stay well worth it.
