Booked this hotel thru Orbitz yet when I got there they said it needed to be paid and that the card they had on file declined. Let me check in anyway and said manager would have to figure it out. In the morning at check out they ran a card (not mine) and it went thru. The receipt they gave me showed a much lower price than I had paid to book the room.

The good, the Bad and the difficult
Difficulty checking in. Didn't want to give me the room I registered for. Check-in person said she could have given me a cheaper rate than what I got at [...]. Came back to the room on Thursday and the maid service had not been there at all. Beds weren't made, no towels and the trash wasn't emptied. Called the front desk and all she could say was "sorry we got a new housekeeper". When I checked out the bill she printed was less than what [...]charged me and less than what she quoted me at check-in. [...]charged me $80 per night, she quoted me $72 per night and the bill at check-out was for $60 per night. What is wrong with this picture.

This hotel is so outdated. The carpet in the rooms is old and looks it. The rug was turned up on one side and could not be turned back down. The towels are not white or yellow, some dingy color in between. Rooms are so small with too much furniture,so be careful where you walk. We could have gotten a much nicer room for the same price someplace else and we will next time.
