wonderful place to stay with the family!!
Check in was easy. Rooms were really clean and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in. They have anything available you could ever want or need.

Good place but no service
Had a long weekend in Gatlinburg. Stayed three nights at this resort. Stayed in a three bedroom, very spacious and several activities, but no maid service.

This hotel is situated on Collier Dr which is a side street, it connects to the road Dollywood is on! Do not have to be out on the "strip" and sit in traffic!

Large units with lots of space...
Nice condo! Check in process not efficient. They seek to sell you a timeshare and don't give up easy!

smoky mt getaway
Our hotel was very nice and the hotel staff very accomodating. Very clean. Quiet. Be aware that this area is very commercialized and congested and not as remote/scenic as the picture would suggest. would have preferred to have a mountain view vs.parking lot view.

great resort
Great resort to stay at, a timeshare presentation is offered to guests, 2 hours of your time can turn into cash in your pocket and dinner certificates for great restaurants. Very comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place.
