Great Staff

Very pleased with stay. Staff was great everyone very very friendly and seemed to truely care when they would ask about our staff and if everything was satisfactory. Reminded me of older days when most the pigeon forge area hotels were locally owned and they did truely care about your experience. We had one issue with the dvd player, called front desk and someone was there to fix it within 3 minutes and had it fixed within another 5 minutes max. Play equipement is great for younger childeren. Very pleased overall with the stay only thing that keep me from giving a higher rating was that the water had an odd smell and this may not have even been their fault maybe a city issue.

Fantastic Bargain!

We were so pleasantly surprised! For the price, we could not believe how beautiful the amenities were here. To have both an indoor water park and an outdoor water park, as well as a fantastic playground - for less than what a "normal" hotel costs - what a great deal. Our two boys (3 & 6) loved the lazy river, the hot tub, the putt putt course, and the splash pad. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and it was nice to have a washer/dryer. My only 2 suggestions for improvement would to be providing coffee every day and having some type of option for serving a continental breakfast on the property. Take note, this is a condo community, not a hotel. The difference was that they provide a daily towel and trash service, but do not clean the room on a daily basis. They start you out with paper products, a coffee packet, a dishwasher pack, etc. But anything else, such as coffee for the next day, you will need to provide yourselves. Not a big deal - just a fair warning.
