Spring Trip

BR sink stopped up, but after a call to front desk, they sent got the sink to drain better but not great. Not enough parking, had to walk a long way to get to the building entry point. Living Room had poor lighting and furniture was very worn and uncomfortable

Great Stay

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable to the point my husband wants to purchase the pillows. The pool area was fun. They were actually working on the slides while we were there because guests had complained about them not being smooth enough. They kept one slide open while they worked on the other. Well when they were done the kids had a blast on the resurfaced slides. It was nice when we were ready to leave that the location is 1/4 mile past all the back up. So we took our turn and missed 75% of the traffic everyone else sat in. Great Stay!

Resort at Governor's Crossing

Nice room in a nice location. It is in the middle of the action in between sevierville and pigeon forge. There is plenty to do nearby as we were close to restaurants and shopping (Tanger outlet was next door). Surprising thing was how big the room / condo was. We had a two room place that was nice to have kids in one room, us in the other, plus a living room and a kitchen. Much bigger than expected. Not overly fancy, but very comfortable. There was no restaurant at this facility but plenty of places close and a big kitchen with all the amenities. The indoor waterpark was very fun for the kids. It was warm air, cool water with a couple fun water slides and a toddler area. They could have been entertained there all day long. Overall a great value and we will return to this condo if we go back to the area.

Alamo was a good local steak place. Slightly overpriced, but everything that came out was fresh and tasty.

Great!

Great hotel, very clean. Staff was friendly. I liked the location. Just at the start of the Parkway. Very relaxing because it was not in the middle of the Parkway. But easy to drive to everything. Plus the road that it was on was the short cut around the Parkway which made getting to Dollywood and Gatlinburg very simple. I had a great experience! I would stay there again.

A great weekend getaway

It was a very relaxing stay. I enjoyed just sitting on the balcony with the great view of the poolside. This is one of the best Condo's that I've stayed in and the staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. My family will be back !

Big Fun, Big Group

When we had an extra guest going, the staff came through for us like real champs. They provided a room that was very comfortable, clean, and convient to the amenities. Our coffee maker didn't work but the maintanence gentleman came quickly and brought us a new maker ready to go. He stayed long enough to make sure it worked well. When I noticed the clean towels were all used up, I was concerned the children had an excuse not to shower. We ventured out for the day and presto, we had clean towels. We had a great time. Thanks folks.

Nice Resort!

This is more of a condo resort hotel, but the pricing is in line with most typical 3 star hotel brands. The location is pretty good. It's at the Sevierville end of the Parkway strip - close enough to everything to not be a hinderance (5-20 mins), but not in the middle of it all either. We (2 adults and one 6 year old) had a 1 bedroom condo. My wife is an early riser and she loved being able to go to a separate room and watch TV or read without disrupting my daughter and I. The unit had a full kitchen and in-room washer/dryer as well. While cooking and laundry aren't high on the to-do list for a vacation, doing two loads of laundry prevented a second checked bag fee and alllowed us to come home with clean clothes. We also went to the Wal-Mart up the street and grabbed some breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, bagels) and saved some cash by making our own breakfasts on 3 of the 7 days we were there. My daughter (and me too!) both enjoyed the indoor/outdoor water park. It's not huge, but with a lazy river, 3 water slides, a log roll, basketball hoop, whirlpool, kiddie areas and general swimming space, it's more than adequate for some enjoyable swim time. Do note that housekeeping is limited to fresh towels and trash pickup daily. Getting an additional roll of toilet paper and a packet of dishwasher detergent required a trip to the reception desk. Beds were comfortable and wi-fi and parking are free. Overall, a very nice resort and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Volleyball weekend

Main living/dining area was spacious and comfortable and all home necessitites were available. Bedroom was colder than I would like for a cool 20+ degree morning , even after adjusting room temp. Staff was very polite and responsive to our requests.
