Very Happy
My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The service was excelent. The rooms where nice and clean. Conviently located to a wonderful selection of entertainment and food. The only problem was taking a shower if someone in another room flushed the toilet or turned on water be prepared to jump out of the shower momentarly becaue the water got very hot. Other than that no complaints we realy enjoyed our stay here.

good place to ruin a vacation
Our first day at this place was a nightmare. We asked for a HC accessable room because I have a bad leg. I was told none were available. They gave us a room overlooking the indoor pool, the smell of chorine was overpowering. Then we were given a room with the shower grip handle missing. they said they would replace it in the morning. I called the next day at 11.00 AM and they said they had to order the handle. We finally got a HC room later that day. This place needs a major rehab, the plumbing goes back to the 1980's. We will never stay here again.

Good short vacation
This Hotel was just your average every day hotel. We only stayed 2 nights for a short getaway. It was nothing special. The staff were nice, okay continental breakfast, decent rooms. They needed to be a little more detailed on the cleaning. But for the price it was a good stay. Close to most everything you need and just a short drive from attractions.

Great place to relax
We really enjoyed the seating area and the pool. I liked the fact that you didn't see the beds when you walked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good it had a varity. The only thing I would have liked to have was a micorwave in the roon.

Unbeatable for the price
Excellent location for the event we were attending. Lots of parking, right in the center of things. Awesome view from the private balcony

Nice room with plenty of space
The hotel was quite far away from the major tourist destinations which made trips to other places such as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg take quite some time, especially because of the excessive traffic. However, it was pretty quiet as there weren't any other buildings around, and you really couldn't hear the traffic outside. All the rooms have a nice view of a field and the Smoky Mountains in the distance. It was close to a Kroger and some nice local restaurants such as the Mexican restaurant "El Paso" and the Italian restaurant "Smoky Mountain Pizza", which we would recommend. We really liked our king room when we first arrived. In the first part of the room was a fold-out couch, table with chairs, tv, and refrigerator. There was a partial room divider where the bathroom was, and on the other side was our bed, another tv, and a balcony. The indoor pool and hot tub were both nice to have in the winter, but it got very noisy and crowded with lots of kids. It was a bit of a hike from our room so it was nice to have a robe to make the long outdoor walk from our room to the pool. The breakfast was pretty good and included waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, biscuits, gravy, juices, etc. However, the breakfast room was very small for the size of the hotel and it was difficult to find a table nearly every morning.

New Year's Getaway
Enjoyed the Pigeon Forge/Gatlingburg area. Hotel needs more TLC. Things were broken and worn, scratched up. Not very clean. We stayed 2 nights and our room didn't get cleaned. I wouldn't choose to stay there again. Other prices in the area were much better than we paid. We have stayed in much nicer hotels for less and we stay in this area every year after Christmas. We do love the Smokies!
