One night stay!!!

The staff were outstanding!! The rooms were a bit of a disappointment! Old televisions, flat pillows, uncomfortable mattresses, no microwave in rooms, & noisy, running toilets! For $100 a night I expected a lot more than what we got!!! Will find another hotel next time for less money!!! This was a surprise for a friend and he was not impressed either!!!!!

Awesome Ladies Retreat

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Love the way the rooms were laid out with bathroom between queen beds. That's a plus for me I would stay there again.

Very Pleasant Stay

We stayed here during the Grand Rod Run and loved our stay. Clean rooms and great service. Will be back in April. One of the biggest reasons is the easy access to roads without the frustration of using the hectic "Parkway"

Simple and nice for vacation ease

Perfectly located for access to everything. Rooms are clean and laid out great for those who aren't couples to share a room. (The two beds are separated by the bathroom, giving some privacy.) Governors Inn was also considerably cheaper than comparable hotels, making it the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the area attractions.

It may be a bit off the beaten path, but Carvers Applehouse Restaurant is a great place to eat and purchase a variety of produce.

Suprisingly Great Location

staff and rooms were great! May could use a few upgrades but everything was very clean. The location was the best part. Restaurants and Shops in walking distance and Dollywood was only 2 miles away and that was our reason for coming to the area. Thanks for a great stay. Will be back

A Very Pleasant Experience

We were in Sevierville, TN for a few days to see the beautiful fall folige and for some relaxation. We loved the "divided room" suite!!!!!!!!! The desk staff was very helpful. The room was immaculate and very attractive. The hotel was conveniently located and very easily accessed from the busy parkway.

Unbeatable location for the price

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Governor's Inn within a month's time, 1st with family, 2nd with friends. It's a very nice and clean hotel especially for the money. It is very convenient for shopping, eating, entertainment, or whatever activity you wish to attend. We will stay there again.

Wasn't very pleased

We got no help with the luggage in the pouring rain with a cart that didn't work. We were supposed to get tickets to the zoo next door at check in. That didn't happen. We had 3 people registered and only got 2 tickets 2 days later when we finally did get them. The breakfast was not fresh at all! Everything tasted stale. The only thing we liked about it was that the two beds were seperated by the bathroom so that you have a little privacy. It's a really good thing that we weren't staying in the room any longer than to sleep!
