Great except for the smells....

The front desk staff was some of the BEST ever! However, the hotel is next door to a zoo. The smell outside was awful! Also, our room smelled exactly the same as outside. It was pretty bad. Also, the room could have used a deep clean. It just seemed dusty and dirty in general. The pool and hot tub were nice, but you did occasionally get a whiff of the pool. No microwave or iron. Fridge was good. Bed was ok. Very close to shopping/dining. I have a wheat allergy and could not eat anything they served for breakfast. The only reason I would not recommend the hotel is because of the smell.

GREAT VACATION SPOT

WE HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE AND ENJOYED OUR VISIT JUST AS MUCH. THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS THAT THEY DIDNT CHANGE OUR TOWELS ONE DAY, BUT THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO GET US SOME WHEN WE CALLED.

Near everything but away from the crowd.

It's on a hill, 1/4 mile off the Parkway, the main tourist drag with all the traffic and neon, so the neighborhood is QUIET. However, the hotel itself is on the noisy side, especially if you like to sleep in- poor sound insulation in the walls so you hear plumbing noises, doors slamming and the housekeeping staff noisily chattering and laughing in the hall at 8AM. On the positive side, breakfast is good, with make your own waffles plus the usual continental stuff; the place is very clean and staff quite friendly. Might be a bit hard to find- look for the Wal-Mart on the Parkway and turn so it's behind you. Go up the hill and second left turn gets you there.

Friendly Staff

If you are a shopper, the location is Super for the Outlets and plaza malls. Nice variety of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staff was nice and polite, however understaffed in the evening, so don't check in late! Other wise a good experience overall.

the GREAT motel

This hotel was great, very friendly staff all the way from the desk personnel to the maid service, one of the cleanest motels we have ever stayed in. The cont. breakfast was fantastic much more than was expected. The price was great for the area. The balcony was very clean and an excellent morning sit with a cup of coffee before the kids wake up. The set up of the room was awesome, the best that we have ever seen in a hotel
