Ok for the price...
We were going to Dollywood and decided to go a night early. The rooms aren't fancy but they are ok. We had a room with 2 queen beds that were divided by the bathroom. This gives you a little more privacy. The beds seemed more like a full size than a queen though. The rooms were clean. The room included a breakfast bar. It was ok, not much selection. We only had one problem during our stay. We had got up at 7:00 to get ready to leave for Dollywood and had no hot water. Called the front desk and said the entire hotel was without it and that they had called maintenance. Took them until around 9:30 to get it fixed. Was upset when I found out from another guest that they had called the front desk at 11:00 the previous night and told them.

Nice clean conv
I stay here a lot the staff is nice and on the second floor is a laundry facility it's good to come home without dirty laundry and the breakfast look coffee, juice, water, biscuits, gravy eggs, muffins, waffles, toast, bananas, cereal, yogurt, milk, wow what a breakfast it is nice it's ok for the price of $ 65.00 per night if you have 3 teenagers plus husbs and wife think what it would cost to go to a resteraunt so it's like your room being cheap if you fe a large family the staffs so kind and the lady that does the breakfast she is so sweat and she keeps it stocked she didn't get mad when someone from a group took her tip money out of the jar.and my kids needed more clean clothes so we went on the second floor and I am pleased.we like this place and so does my family.I love the patio step out of your car in your room

Mostly good!
Broken tiles in bathroom. Towels were very thin. Upgrades are needed. We stayed there about 7 or 8 years ago when the hotel was much newer. We like all the space in the room with the sitting area on one side of the bathroom and the bedroom area on the other with a TV on each side.

Not Impressed, at all!
The room appeared to be clean but was in great need of an update. The beds were not comfortable, at all. The worst part was that the water was not clean! My daughter ran bath water and it looked like weak tea - gross! The breakfast was not up to par, either. We don't expect great things for the free breakfast but this was the worst continental breakfast offering we have experienced. Honestly, the price was the only thing good about this place and the savings were not worth it. We have this on our list of places we have tried and won't try again.
