Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge

My party & I could not have been more please with our accomodations. The rooms are bright and newly decorated. Colors are well chosen and the beds are very comfortable. My daughter is handicapped and must use a wheelchair. She found the beds too close together to get the chair between them and then get out of the chair into bed. Heating unit noisy and did not provide good temp control. Bathroom cramped. Clean, quiet room (other than heater).

We were very pleased with the room condition, cleanliness and amenities. I believe this was one of the best rooms we have stayed in - fantastic. I would recommend Fairfield Inn highly - short stay (as ours were) and longer stay. Room exceeded our every expectation.

Convenient for shopping and eating. Staff very friendly. Left some equipment in drawers and staff said they would send quickly. (I hope this happens!!!!)

Nice clean hotel room. They were doing some renovations, so I could smell paint in the hallway. They had not yet put the baseboards down in our room, but neither affected our stay. I appreciate hotels doing upgrades and keep their rooms up to date and I do not expect them to have to shut the hotel down to do it. Everything was clean quiet and comfortable. They also had dicount tickets to Dixie Stampede. Saved us $10

Nice hotel and clean. The WiFi cord in the room did not work and was replaced immediately and worked just fine. The staff was superb. The breakfast in the morning was great. I liked this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, and theaters.

Easy check-in, took all of 2 minutes. I was a little concerned because our room was the first one next to lobby, but the hotel was very quiet. Rooms were very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location! Right across from the Tanger Outlet! Great stay! Great breakfast! My only problem was the two external lights of the hotel were directly outside our window, which made for a very bright room in the dark of night.

Upon arrival at 3:00 pm, we were told that we could not check into our room as it was not clean. So after we had traveled 4 hours to get to Pigeon Forge, walked around for the majority of the day, and were tired; we had to go and find something else to do until our room was ready. Safety was also an issue for us. At two points in the night, someone walked into our room using their room key. It was weird because it happened twice once around 12:00 am and the other time around 3:00 am. Plus, after waiting on our room to be ready due to cleaning issued, it still had hair on floor in the bathroom. If it was not for our in-laws being awake at this time, who knows what could have happened. Then we talked to the "manager" he said sorry. That was it no comp or anything. I will never stay here again. After returning, I found that a co-worker of mine had a similar experience.
