Moneys worth for the price
Well let me start off saying that this was a wonderful place to stay for the price that was paid at the last minute, right before the Rod Run. Now the parking lot looked as if it was under construction and one of the two entrances was a huge dip with gravel and dirt. Usually I wouldn't complain but I was attending a car show in a very low car with blacked out wheels. I had to detail it after pulling it. The front desk personnel was very nice and got myself in the room within a matter of seconds. She was completely ready to check in and help as much as she possibly could. Very perky and nice as well. When I arrived to the room it was very cool and I loved it. It was vacuumed, cleaned, and near perfect. This stay here wasn't the most luxurious by far, but for the price that I was paid I can't complain. If you're planning on staying here during a big weekend, be prepared for the traffic because it is about a 2 mile distance from the parkway, but is 3 minutes away from the Tanger Shopping Outlets.

Clean Cozy Room
When checking in to our room the first impression was better than expected due to the other reviews. We had a king sized regular room. The room was clean but very small. We could barely fit the Pack and Play for our 9 Month old. This hotel is kind of far out from all of the attractions, but we just stayed here for 1 night before we checked into our hotel in downtown Gatlinburg. Overall we probably would not stay here again due to he room size.

This was a spare of the moment trip. We usually stay @ econolodge riverside, but they put us on hold three times for 30 minutes (long distance) so they lost a repeate customer also. I won't stay @ this econolodge again.

We were there to visit relatives so we were not in the room much. Even though we had four in the party, they only gave us towels for three. Room was small but clean. Only saw deskclerk when checking in & checking out. Didn't feel it was worth the amount they charged.

Pigeon Forge is full of things for teenagers to do & Gatlinburg is unbelievable!! Like a combination sidewalk sale & carnival. Be prepared for a LOT of traffic though.

Not that great
We got the hot tub suite. The hot tub was not even big enough for me to sit in it was VERY TINY. The room was little not much room to do alot of anything but crawl aross the bed and get to the bathroom. It could have been a lot better. Wished we would have stayed somewhere else.

O.K. place to stay
The hotel was good enough but I was not happy at all when I got there and realized that I paid more online than if I had just walked in off the street.

Perfect for an overnight stay
Visited Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Found MANY cheaper hotels/motels a lot closer to town and attractions. Used Orbitz because usually cheaper, but obviously not. Hotel was simple and staff courteous. Not glamourous:)Overall stay was good and would recommend to someone passing through that area.

Just right
A late night arrival wasn't a problem. Nearly 2:00 a.m. before I could arrive, but the staff member just handed me the key to my first floor room. That was just what I needed, and was most appreciated. It did take a few anxious moments raising them, but I'd called ahead and pre-booked through a hotel/car package deal. Check-out was just handing the key in, too. Can't beat a deal like that when you're on the road.
