The Best Western Greenbrier Inn is a budget, exterior corridor hotel in Sevierville. The hotel is near area attractions such as Dollywood, restaurants, shopping and the sights of Gatlinburg. Honeymooners young and old.....
The only issue we had is when we decided to stay again Sunday night, the room smelled HEAVILY of dog urine. We stayed with the other couple in a double bed room for this one night, none of us slept well that night from the smell.

One night stay
The Best Western was good. The room was clean. The breakfast was the same as other places I have stayed at but OK. When I checked in the price of the room was the normal price. I told him that I reserved it through Orbitz but said they don't honor Orbitz. I Told him the price on the Orbitz was 69.99 and the discount price was 62.00. The clerk argued with me but decided to give the rate I reserved the room for 62.00 because he wanted me to be happy. I forgot to bring my confirm page where I reserved the room to show him. Other than that the stay was OK.

Enjoyed the stay
Clean room with many pillows. Some hotels have a few pillows that are very thin. Each bed had 4 nice pillows. Beds slept great. Staff was nice and friendly. Very crowded so parking was limited but we all had a place to park. Bathroom a little small but you are traveling.so everything will not be perfect. We could stay there again.

Great experience
We stay here every year and we are never disappointed. The only thing that I would love to see is an indoor pool or hot tub. Highly recommend.

Good location for shopping at the outlets and for seeing the Smokies and especially Cades Cove. Everything we needed was provided.

pigeon forge trip
The location was terrible. The motel was very old. I could not believe there was no chairs to sit outside on the balcony while you smoked. We were very dis appointed. We were so looking forward to a nice short weekend away and it was not as we had hoped it would be. We would not stay there again.
