The Best Western Greenbrier Inn is a budget, exterior corridor hotel in Sevierville. The hotel is near area attractions such as Dollywood, restaurants, shopping and the sights of Gatlinburg. The budget hotel offers major amenities in the form of free breakfast, free high-speed Internet, meeting facilities and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Nice surprise for the price. Clean room,nice amentities. Comfortable beds and linens,flat screen tv(hbo),frig and microwave. Great location, shopping, food walking distance(outback-tj maxx)

Cool getaway
It was very good we enjoyed ourselves very much hotel staff was very nice and helpful the rooms were in good shape had a great price for what we wanted in a room tv could've been a lil bit bigger gut it was nice good parking spaces and very good location

There was a bad residue on the jacuzzi in the room. I bought clorox cleanup to clean the jacuzzi before we would use it. The room seemed small, but our stay was positive for the most part. My husband was dissapointed that the breakfast didn't have any meat served. It was average in all.

Excellent Value!
This hotel was just what we expected for the money! The beds were very comfortable and the room was pretty clean. It's an older building, but the staff maintains it well. The room did have a moldy, musty smell like it hadn't been used in a while, but we ran the fan and it mostly cleared up. It was perfect for a one night stay. We'd say that it was exactly what we expected for the low rate we paid. We would consider staying here again.

2012 show tour
Concert stay
Room was clean. Location was good, probably should have looked closer to the concert venue but we had a bad experience on that side of town a couple of years ago. Traffic towards Gatlinburg was bad but the hotel was just a little ways out of it so it worked out well. We had a small plumbing problem but the staff was very good about taking care of it under full house conditions. Very nice rooms, beds, and friendly staff throughout.
