The Best Western Greenbrier Inn is a budget, exterior corridor hotel in Sevierville. The hotel is near area attractions such as Dollywood, restaurants, shopping and the sights of Gatlinburg. nice for the price
we stayed only one day but everything about the room was pretty good except for the shower that kept going hot and cold in about every three second s.

bad joint
Room not cleaned
We were out all day. When we returned about 8pm, the room had not been cleaned. The desk clerk said housekeeping was off and she gave me clean towels. When I examined the bathroom, I saw evidence that sewage had backed up in the tub and left filth. This time the clerk offered me a plunger. I felt insulted. I will never stay there again.

Honeymooners young and old.....
The only issue we had is when we decided to stay again Sunday night, the room smelled HEAVILY of dog urine. We stayed with the other couple in a double bed room for this one night, none of us slept well that night from the smell.

One night stay
The Best Western was good. The room was clean. The breakfast was the same as other places I have stayed at but OK. When I checked in the price of the room was the normal price. I told him that I reserved it through Orbitz but said they don't honor Orbitz. I Told him the price on the Orbitz was 69.99 and the discount price was 62.00. The clerk argued with me but decided to give the rate I reserved the room for 62.00 because he wanted me to be happy. I forgot to bring my confirm page where I reserved the room to show him. Other than that the stay was OK.
