Visitor to Pigeon Forge

Very old fans dated, parts of the building were falling apart. Mattress was way past its prime, you rolled into the middle. Door had about 1 1/2" gap under it. Asked if I could move to another room and was told no, hotel was about empty. The old saying you get what you pay for, well pay for more!!

Not what I expected

Front desk help was very slow, but I'm not sure if it was her problem or the computers. Was shocked when I was handed the room keys. Yea they were real keys not a plastic card. Walked into the room and the carpet was not in good condition. The neon blue bath tub from the 80's was also a shocker. The heater/ac unit was very noisy and kept us up all night because if you turned it off the room got cold. Beds and linens were not comfortable. I just didn't feel like it was clean. Sorry I don't usually say bad things but this pushed me over the edge. Stayed down the street the night before for $25 more, should of paid the extra money to stay.

Very Convenient

My family and I spent the 4th of July at this location, in 2 different rooms. The first was nice, with a whirlpool in tub, and next to pool. Only down side was the AC unit was above bathroom mirror, a little noisy, and unreachable. We were informed to contact desk to adjust it if needed but we just left it wide open so it did get cold at night. Silly to have maintenance adjust what could be adjusted through use of a chair. The second room was nice but didn't have the whirlpool tub but the AC unit was under the window, quiet, and convenient. Still, it was clean and comfy with all the anemities. Well worth the stay.

Good value for the price

I was worried after reading some of this hotel's reviews, but it was an ok place. Two complaints: the ice makers did not work properly, and the housekeeping staff did not vacuum daily. However, the management was very friendly and for the price it was a great choice.

Service without a SMILE!

The hotel, overall was average. On the other hand, the service was extremely poor. Our room wasn't cleaned the second day and no clean towels were delivered. Upon calling the front desk to inquire about towels, we were told the hotel had been out and had a very limited supply. I ask to have them brought to our room and was told I would have to come get them, very poor answer when you spend $90 a night for a room and your a distance from the desk. We did decide to walk down to have towels to shower the next morning only to find they were out, no towels, we had to shower with 2 hand towels. Three clerks were standing at the desk when we walked down, LAZINESS..... Would not recomend.

ok could haved been better

The stay was ok it could have been better if your advertisement about free continental breakfast was true. This was my wife's request when i was searching for a hotel. Had we known there were no free breakfast, we would have chose another hotel being that we were traveling with six children. They said that you did not update your information on them.
