Family trip
Not bad, not good. Free breakfast was good. Motel was more like a hospital.

Fine motel experience
Very average accommodations; about what I expect for the price point. Beds were sleepable but not excitingly comfortable; towels were the usual rough motel fair; and so on. The free pancake breakfast is nice, though if you want anything besides pancakes you just get $1 off the menu price at their attached diner.

great for the price
swimming pool, breakfast and room was great for the price my husband and I stayed Aug. 31 - Sept. 2 and, payed $75.04 total. nothing fantsy but, still great room. They really need to change out there toilet paper holders they are aggervating.

Rodeway Inn, Pigeon Forge
It's a decent little hotel, our room was resonable, clean & was just what we expected. It was at the southern end of the parkway in Pigeon Forge, but it was still convient and closer to Gatlinburg than the rest!

From Pigeon Forge, take the trolley to Gatlinburg & spend the day! You can wander around and see & do so much!!

great couples get away
The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. About 10 min after going to our room the front desk call and made sure everything was ok, we have never had a hotel to do that before. The breakfast the next morning was good and free right next door. We go to Pigeon Forge every couple of months to get away and this was the first time staying at this place we will return and use the same hotel.

bad stay
not a very good experience. The room was extremely smaller than what the picture on the website looked like. The bed was alot smaller then the queen it was supposed to be and was a very uncomfy bed and looked old. The safe they had in the room was not able to be used cause the combination could not be reset. The heater barely worked and when i asked the office for an extra blanket cause the heater was not working, they did not say anything about the heater and just said well we have an extra blanket in the drawer. Hot water was not very warm and did not last long. I know it was not an expensive motel, but still a very bad stay and will definitely not recomment.

The Good and the not so good
The toilet didn't work, so they moved us to another room. This room did not have a window(very dark)nor did the remote work the TV.Two pancakes and coffee is not a "free" breakfast to me.

Happy Couple
Dollywood Trip
This was our second time to this hotel in the past few months. During our first visit, we had a room in the front and it was good. This time we were in the back rooms and they are small. Staff is great, we needed xtra pillow and they gave them to us right away. Pancake breakfast was very good.

Hotel is close to most things in Pigeon Forge. It is the last hotel on the way to Gatlinburg.

The price was probably the highest
Not the best room we have had in the past. Will call Smokey Mountain Friends from now on. [...] We could have had a ground floor room for a much better price. Thanks for trying to help. For the past few years we have stayed either at the Rodeway or one of Smokey Mountain Friends locations. Close to everything. Very convenient.
